2026 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

- Principal Sponsor (Limited to 1 Sponsor)

All requests for Principal Sponsorship are reviewed at SAMERC committee meetings, with outcomes communicated to the requestor. Principal Sponsorship may be secure through either monetary contributions or service in lieu, and the Principal Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the right breast of the official SAMERC shirt.

- Premium Sponsor (Limited)

The Premium Sponsorship offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including:

Logo recognition on printed marketing collateral
Recognition in advertising materials
Opportunity to deliver a short address at the awards dinner
Verbal acknowledgement by the MC at the awards dinner
Two complimentary tickets to the awards dinner
Opportunity to display a pull-up banner at the awards dinner
Opportunity to distribute merchandise

All Premium Sponsorship applications will be reviewed by the SAMERC Committee prior to acceptance, with preference given to organisations that submit their applications early.

Total cost for 2026 Premium Sponsor $6000

- Trophy Sponsor (Limited)

The Trophy Sponsor option is limited to one sponsor per event. Priority will be offered to organisations that sponsored the event in the previous year's Competition, giving them the first opportunity to secure the Trophy Sponsorship for the current year.

The benefits of the Trophy Sponsor option are:

Recognition on advertising materials
Logo recognition on the event summary published on the SAMERC website
Trophy sponsorship for a selected event, with the trophy presented by a sponsor representative at the presentation dinner
Verbal acknowledgement by the MC at the presentation dinner
One complimentary ticket to the presentation dinner
Opportunity to display a pop-up banner at the presentation dinner
Opportunity to host a display stall at the sponsored event

Total cost for 2026 Trophy Sponsor $3500

- SAMERC Sustainability Sponsor (Unlimited)

This sponsorship tier provides organisations with an opportunity to support the ongoing delivery of SAMERC.

The benefits of this sponsorship include:

Recognition as a SAMERC Sponsor on advertising materials
Visual representation on SAMERC's website as a Sustainability Sponsor, with the potential for a link to the sponsor's company website
Opportunity to build a display stall at the competition (minimum sponsorship contribution of $2,000)
